What is the error message below trying to tell me?
It's being constantly repeated but everything
seems to work OK.
2003-08-11 00:01:42 - ! [298] SQLServer Error: 446, Cannot
resolve collation conflict for equal to operation.
[SQLSTATE 42000]It is trying to tell you that the strings on either side of the = have
different collations
